The first thing I did in this project was pick out the shoes I wanted to draw. I positioned the shoes so that they caught the light well and looked interesting. I outlined the shoes first once I started drawing and then continued to shade and add value to enhance the light source and the shadows. I made the right side of the project the side with the light source and the left side with the cast shadows. After I drew the shoes with details and value, I drew the tabletop line which showed where the shoes were placed when I was drawing them. I enjoyed doing this project because my favorite thing to do in art is to draw.
